V5 Philippines is licensed by Bangko Sentral Pilipinas (BSP) as OPERATOR OF PAYMENT SYSTEM
Under this license, V5 is able to operate platform that enables payments or fund transfers, regardless of whether the source and destination accounts are maintained with the same or different institution. V5 can operates the system or network that enables payments or fund transfers to be made through the use of a payment instrument; V5 can also provide a system that processes payments on behalf of any person or the government.
